CAMUN

CAMUN 2008 was attended by nearly ninety student delegates from nine New England schools.

The Concord Academy Model UN conference (CAMUN) was initiated in 2004 by CA’s Model UN club.  Each year, student delegates from throughout New England attend CAMUN to participate in engaging and informative committee discussions.  CAMUN 2008 was attended by nearly ninety student delegates from nine New England schools.

    On March 29, nearly ninety students from nine New England schools traveled to Concord Academy to wrestle with issues relevant to international relations. The fourth annual Concord Academy Model United Nations (CAMUN), a simulated session following the procedures of the real United Nations, featured discussions around the topics of Prison Conditions and Torture, Privatization of Water, Iran and the Nuclear Issue, and Pakistani Elections and Coalitions.
