Concord Academy is located eighteen miles from downtown Boston in a beautiful, historic, and safe town. The school is easily accessible by car and train and Logan International Airport is approximately a half hour away by car.
From the East, Northern New England, and North Shore Massachusetts
Follow Route 2 west from Interstate 95 / Route 128. Proceed to the second traffic light at the bottom of a long hill. Merge into the right lane and proceed straight through the intersection onto Cambridge Turnpike, following signs for Concord Center. At the first stop sign, bear left onto Lexington Road and continue into the center of Concord. Yield and bear left around the rotary onto Main Street, just after the large flagpole. Bear right at fork at Concord Free Public Library, continuing on Main Street. The Concord Academy Admissions Office is located in Aloian House at 166 Main Street. Parking for admissions is located just inside the Main Gate of campus in Aloian Circle, as well as on either side of Main Street.
From the West, Western Massachusetts, New York, and New York City
Follow Interstate 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) east to Exit 10 (Route 290). Continue on Route 290 east to Route 495 north. Follow Route 495 north to Route 2 east, then continue to the Concord rotary. Continue on Route 2 east to the second traffic light, merging into the left hand turn lane. Turn left onto Elm Street, following signs for Concord Center. At the first stop sign, bear left onto Main Street. The Concord Academy Admissions Office is located in Aloian House at 166 Main Street. Parking for admissions is located just inside the Main Gate of campus in Aloian Circle, as well as on either side of Main Street.
Public Transportation
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) maintains regular rail service to Concord and points west from Boston and Cambridge via the Fitchburg line of the commuter rail system. The Concord Academy campus is a five-minute walk from the MBTA commuter rail stop in Concord (walk two blocks north on Thoreau Street then turn right onto Main Street). The Concord Academy Admissions Office is located in Aloian House at 166 Main Street. From Logan Airport by Car
Exit the airport following the signs for the Mass Pike / Interstate 90 west. Proceed on Interstate 90 west to Interstate 95 / Route 128 north. Proceed on Interstate 95 / Route 128 north to the Route 2 west exit. Follow directions above "from the east."
From Logan Airport by Taxi or Limo

From Logan Airport by Train
Take a taxi to North Station (about fifteen minutes). Take the MBTA commuter rail system to Concord via the Fitchburg line. Concord Academy is a five-minute walk from the Concord train station. From Logan Airport by Public Transportation
Take an airport shuttle bus to the MBTA Airport subway station. Take the MBTA Blue Line inbound to the State Street subway station. Transfer to the MBTA Orange Line and travel inbound to the Downtown Crossing subway station. Transfer to the MBTA Red Line and travel outbound to the Porter Square subway station. Transfer to the MBTA commuter rail system. Take the Fitchburg commuter rail line outbound to Concord. Concord Academy is a five-minute walk from the MBTA commuter rail stop in Concord. Allow at least an hour and one-half for the entire trip from Logan Airport.
Parking
Visiting families are welcome to park in designated spots in Aloian Circle, the circular driveway outside of the Admissions Office at 166 Main Street. If space is not available in this lot, families may also park on Main Street or in non-reserved spots in either the East or West Gate parking lots (see campus map). Additional parking is available within walking distance in the town of Concord:
